O&M Cream Whip can be used on both natural and artificially colored hair. Lightens up to 6 levels and can be used for both on scalp and off scalp applications. The cream base stays moist and does not swell during the application process. No heat is required for activation. The maximum strength activator recommended for scalp application is 20 Vol/6%
